I’ve been gathering photos and videos over the past few weeks to have something ready today….but my computer s/w and iMovie betrayed me (spinning wheel of death time after attempt even after upgrading to Yosemite)….then my iphone 6plus didn’t like to share with the work computer.  Then the cloud (i need a tutorial and some more patience).  No USB drive anywhere?? to share data the old way… so I hooped.  Apologies

So here’s one of the classics from 2009/10 days.  I believe the Pup practiced this “Three Bars of Death” weekly.   So every once and awhile you should challenge your MADlab buddy or co-weiner dog to a showdown.  Many thanks to BK for finding this lost video production.

This WOD is best done midday ask your coach about coming in at this time to try this workout – a lot of bars and weights are needed.

800 meter hard run.  time it.

(:20) Strength: Wall facing hspu 6 sets of 3

(:40) Workout: “The Valley” for time

200 double unders
50 wall balls (20/14 lbs)
50 chest to bar
50 wall balls
200 double unders

Optional Finisher: 30 Strict T2B
