Special07We all have our goats – the things we never seem to get better at. The problem is, though, sometimes we never get better at them because we never work on the right things to improve them. Sometimes it’s a simple thing like lat engagement that’s stopping us from getting our muscle up.

That’s the concept behind Weakness 101 – it’s a program designed specifically to attack your weaknesses.

Joining Weakness 101 means you’ll receive a one-on-one personal training session with Tom to assess where you’re at and what you’d like to improve. From there, you will be given a 12-week program, with skill, strength, and accessory work, to help you get that skill you’ve always wanted to be able to do.

On top of your individual program, Weakness 101 members meet twice a week (Wednesday evenings or Friday mornings, and Sunday afternoons).
