Rowing seminars are held twice a year and are for people who want to improve their rowing technique, their power endurance, as well as their rowing efficiency, speed and power.
The format of our rowing seminars changes depending on demand, but usually they are held for five-week blocks on Saturday afternoons.
The seminars go over proper rowing technique, stroke mechanics and efficiency, effective starts, pacing, consistency, drag factor, building capacity for volume, as well as it teaches athletes how to appropriately approach and pace themselves for races ranging from 100 meters to 5 km.
At the last rowing seminar, 100 per cent of participants got personal best 2 km row times in their fifth week of the seminar.
The next rowing seminar will be held this April (2014).
