Project endurance is held twice a year for 10 weeks at a time, and is for people who, plain and simply, want to become better runners.
Project endurance meets once a week to work on effective running technique and strategy, as well as plenty of running prehab and mobility work. Much time is also spent on time trials, tempo runs, interval training, and hill running.
Further, homework will be give each week, which members of Project Endurance can do together or alone.
On top of this, each Project Endurance athlete, also receives two, state-of-the-art video and movements analysis sessions with Anthony King from Origin Athletics. The goal of this is to help athletes see their stride, as well as the changes that need to be made to their stride.
Project Endurance is coached by two experienced aerobic athletes, Sheppy and Dan “Afghan,” as well as long-time coach Andy “Sack.”
When you’re done with project endurance, your running technique, speed, and efficiency will see drastic improvements.
