I did it – really slow, in the rain and dark with a dog and a spazzy 11 year old. Then I lost my keys….. 20:26 (and that doesn’t include the time looking for the keys )

Found recovery time for 200m runs was sufficient to get the heart rate back to a reasonable level so that I could go hard again. Didn’t know how hard to hit the 800m, left some in the tank.
