Thanks Charlie.  There where some real gems in there.

While I appreciated the overhead squat/ring dip focus, I’m really looking forward to what Bill/Ben have in store for us.

    “Bill. Not pictured. Ben.”

Hahaha….Andy, YOU are a gem. I don’t know why that made me laugh so hard.

Fun month Charlie! I missed a lot of it, but what I did do was great!

I know I’ve said this before, but post to the leaderboard! I had done Sea Sick Helen once, three years ago (when I first started Crossfit) and went almost 6 minutes faster today! There’s nothing quite like kicking the shit out of your younger self

If you want people to post to the leaderboard you need to bring back the whiteboard leaderboard first to build some energy behind the whole conept. One of the things that motivated me to go that little bit harder each day was when I walked in the gym and I could see right there at the front door all the times of the people from the AM classes, the 4 and the 5pm class. Half the people on the board were pals of mine and we all know we love to out perform our friends To me the “Crossfitleaderboard.com” is really good place for someone who likes to track and trend there performance over time, I’m always looking at my old data to see how I measure up today. Unless there is a big screen with the Crossfit leaderboard on it at the front door it will never have the same effect for me.
