The funny thing is, you likely could make a children's crossfit book. The kid, little Crossfit that starts at a school and isn't completely accepted but they perseveres and keeps doing their thing. People around the school are always hurt because they are not moving properly when they play and they don't eat well. Eventually little Crossfit gets noticed because they are always happy, fit, and eating a chunk of meat. Two kids join Crossfit in their morning mobility play in the school yard followed by a metcon workout. After a week, 1/4 of the school is 'playing' with Crossfit and by the end of the year Crossfit is the cool kid in the yard. Moral of the story is if you don't do Crossfit like mommy and daddy little Pat (non gendered language throughout) then...and each person gets to change the story as they wish.
I figured this was better than saying goodnight to all the equipment in the gym but that could work too.
