I really can’t help myself…  I just can’t.

For many years I worked out doing chest and biceps day then back and triceps day then I would get crazy and do back and biceps day.

So when I came across this video of 77 Gym Fails That Will Make You Think Twice About Going To The Gym I just had to put it up.

On a serious note, I am so glad I found a genre of exercise where I was coached and learned to move properly.  Think any of these people could use some coaching?
