Warmup:
Single Leg Deadlifts – figure out the balance equation and move up in weight (5,5,3,3,2,2,1,1,1,1,1) – barbells only.

Tech:
The remaining elements of the workout

Workout:
“Double Trouble” for time
2 Rounds
25 toes over bar
25 Single Leg Deadlifts (135/85)
then
2 Rounds of:
25 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
75 Hollow Rocks (see hollows done right here)
