FRIDAY: Paleo Recipe Submissions wanted

Reminder, we’re CLOSED SUNDAY and MONDAY for the long weekend. Happy Canada Day!

We’re putting together a Paleo Recipe book that we’ll be selling at Nutts Cup on August 11th. If you have a great paleo recipe, whether it be an appetizer, a dessert, a dinner, or anything in between, send us your recipe. E-mail it to Eunice at [email protected]

Also, if you’re interested in helping out at Nutts Cup on Saturday, August 11th, here are some of the potential things you can get involved with:

1. Judging (we especially want you if you’ve judged CrossFit events before). Contact Sheppy at [email protected]

2. Silent Auction: Audrey will need a couple volunteers to help with set-up and administering the silent auction. Contact Audrey at [email protected]

3. Decorating: Contact Dash at [email protected]

4. After Party: Bartending is a great way to get to know people if you’re new to the community. Contact Ana at [email protected]

5. Set-up: Contact Andy at [email protected] if you want to help with setting up WODs.

    This WOD will fry your arms!!!!!!! We did it in MaDLab early this year, it is awesome but be very CAREFUL with weight and reps!!!
    If your pullups and OHS are not great do the baby Josh!!!
    Trust me, FancyPants and I were daying for days with sore arms!!!!
    Its awesome but a killer!!!!!!
