Flyboarding
For those of you who haven’t heard of Flyboarding, you have to check out the video! Basically the Flyboard (sometimes referred to as the Water Jetpack) was invented a couple years ago and is taking the watersports world by storm.
The Flyboard uses the jet discharge (approximately 1000 gallons of water per minute) from a Jet Ski to propel the device through water and air.
Apparently the kits start at $7000 and there are now 2500 Flyboards in circulation today. If you have witnessed this new extreme sport in action or have done it yourself, then please post about your experience! Pretty frickin’ awesome.
Also, check out the local rental shop/ distributor here in Vancouver:

Anaerobic Lactate Power – Row
Row 40 seconds @ 90% effort, rest 2:20
4 sets
Spend 15 minutes working on a skill aspect to one of your goats
Row 40 seconds @ 90% effort, rest 2:20
4 sets
Coaches, budget 45 min for this workout.
Athletes, the goal here is to row hard, but keep the work output sustainable over 8 sets. There should be no critical drop off.
In the event of a large class (north of 26) athletes will only have 20 sec to make the transition on/off the rowers, efficiency will be key.
No LeaderBoard today

I’m not sure about the ability of my goats – all they do is eat and sleep these days…does anyone have any ideas about what tricks I should aim to get my goats to do?

I saw these on http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/ a few years ago…. I think it was called the ‘ironman jetpack’ or something like that. There’s one with a connected remote jet ski so you’re not limited in range as it just follows you around. Something else thats pretty rad….http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kLCw2tj4ts
