Easter Monday – Sweatin to an oldie Take III
Hey folks, hope everyone had a great long weekend. I’m going to make this post short and sweet as I have already spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to post on the new site! ** and apparently I was publishing to the test site, whoops, so I apologize that this post was not there this morning** This workout is one of my all time favorites and is perfect for starting your week out on the right foot (I hope).
Technique: Front Squats, if you feel like going for a 1 rep max go for it, if not make sure you put a decent amount of weight on the bar.
Workout: Barbara
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
5 rounds
Rest 3 min between rounds.
Score is total time minus rest.
If you feel like that might be a bit much given the amount of Easter eggs you indulged over the weekend, trim it down to L’il Barbara, 3 rounds instead of 5.
