CFV #1 Canada West… good job, 4 more weeks to go boys and girls.
And …… sorry can’t resist my educational role and say … nice photo of the day ….. BUT ….. double-unders or box jumps should not be done on concrete. There is absolutely no give from such a hard surface so is is very hard on your tissues.
