Today’s Tech Element:

4 Working sets of 3 Sumo Deadlift (approx 60-65% of max), focus on bar speed.
In between deadlift sets, preform 3 High box jumps (approx. 85-90% of max), with 10 seconds rest between each rep

Today’s Workout:

Sasquatch
21,18,15,12,9,6,3
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75lbs/55lbs)
Push Press (75lbs/55lbs)

Today’s workout requires a push press. Coaches, watch for the subtle rebending of the knees (jerk) that sneaks in when some athletes try to do light and fast push presses.
