Does your body struggle to recover after big workout days? Or at the very least after hangovers??

Alana Shaw (‘Show Pony’) recommended I see her Naturopathic physician friend – Dr. Bobby Parmar – for an IV full of nutrients to jack me up with high doses of vitamins that my body couldn’t otherwise absorb. I went, I loved it, I went again. And I’m going again next week. B. Back Squat, 92%, 2 reps

C. Speed Squat, 65%, 3 reps, 6 sets

D. Pause Squats, 7 seconds, 50%, 5 reps, 3 sets
