Vitamins- The Good Stuff!
Does your body struggle to recover after big workout days? Or at the very least after hangovers??

A. Box Jump, land in power position, 3 reps, 6 sets
B. Back Squat, 92%, 2 reps
C. Speed Squat, 65%, 3 reps, 6 sets
D. Pause Squats, 7 seconds, 50%, 5 reps, 3 sets
